I purchased the warranty protection in June and in August my AC unit stopped cooling. I called for service and they accommodated me and gave me the best service I could ever ask for. I paid nothing for the service call and nothing for work or labor. I would have had to pay a lot more if I was not covered. I understand it covers all my appliances, which is a really good program. I would highly recommend it.
My washing machine had broken down the spring before. After a $330 service call, I was flustered. I received OHP number from my real estate agent and signed up for their warranty program. 6-months later, the washer was on the fritz again. I called OHP and they replaced the washing machine with a high-efficiency model within 48-hours.
I came home from work, my partner told me we were renewing our Warranty Protection with OHP. I thought, ‘great, Bobbi agreed to something without consulting me, again”. Four weeks later, our furnace blows. The Company comes by and fixes the heat. The technician was there for four-hours, so I’m expecting this huge bill, but no! No bill at all and our furnace has been working well ever since.
I had range issues and was told it was not fixable. I picked out a new one with the help of OHP's wonderful service staff - They helped me on the phone and via e-mail. Assisted me in finding a unit that was both what I wanted and also a perfect fit. I finally decided on a new GE range - I was told it would be 5 to 7 days for delivery. That was on Tuesday - It was delivered and installed before dinner on Thursday. 2 DAYS. I was very pleased. The range is awesome and dinner was great Thanks OHP.
Honest service in an industry where everyone puts their hand in your pocket. Sales guy on the phone was helpful. [He] didn't beat around the bush. Had my flame sensor blow. Tech knew what he was doing and was in and out within the hour. Made a good decision going with these guys.
Our antique fridge stopped working three days before Thanksgiving! We phoned OHP. Our technician told us it was 20-years old and the manufacturer didn’t make that part anymore. 24-hours later we received a new fridge. We still had 1-day before Thanksgiving. We didn’t pay 1 extra dollar.
